Md. N. Okib is the Founder and CEO of Shohoj Coding, an online-based programming school established on September 20, 2022. His vision is to bridge the gap between students and the opportunities in the tech industry by providing the guidance and learning resources necessary to excel in competitive programming, particularly for the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). Under his leadership, Shohoj Coding aims to produce world-class software engineers by removing the fear of programming among students and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Md. N. Okib's mission is deeply rooted in addressing the challenges students in Bangladesh face when it comes to learning programming. Recognizing that Bangladesh lags behind in technology advancements compared to other countries, he is committed to improving the tech landscape by providing high-quality education, mentorship, and resources.
